Antifreeze Special is free from amine, phosphate and nitrite etc. And uses as engine Antifreeze as well as coolant. This product is based on ethylene glycol. It contains a corrosion inhibitor, salts of organic acids and silicates (Si-OAT). It protects all metallic parts against corrosion and deposits in the cooling system.

Solution Strength :
25 Ltrs RXSOL-16-4020-020 : 75 Ltrs Water gives freezing protection up to -140C "or" 25% solution (1 part anti-freeze to 3 parts water)
For extra cold / winter climate , increase to a 33% solution (1 part anti-freeze to 2 parts water) to give freezing protection down to -170C.
RXSOL branding, present a Heavy-Duty Glycol Antifreeze Coolant. One correction: (CH₂OH)₂ is not the proper formula for ethylene glycol; use C₂H₆O₂ / HOCH₂CH₂OH. Also, because your stated glycol content is only 40–50%, it should be positioned as a formulated/prediluted coolant rather than a glycol concentrate. ASTM D6210 specifically covers fully formulated glycol-based coolants for heavy-duty engines and recognizes prediluted ethylene-glycol coolants at 50 vol% minimum.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Where supplied as a 40–50% glycol ready-to-use coolant, RXSOL Heavy-Duty Antifreeze Coolant should normally be charged directly into a clean cooling system without additional dilution, subject to the required freeze protection and engine manufacturer's instructions.
Before filling:

Drain the old coolant completely.

Flush contaminated cooling systems where necessary.

Check hoses, seals and connections for leakage.

Fill with RXSOL Heavy-Duty Antifreeze Coolant.

Remove trapped air according to the equipment manufacturer's procedure.

Run the system and check coolant level after circulation.

Top up with compatible coolant as required.
Do not mix different coolant technologies unless their compatibility has been established.
IMPORTANT
The exact freeze point, boiling point, corrosion performance and compliance with ASTM D6210/D3306 or individual OEM specifications must be established by laboratory testing of the finished product.
ASTM or OEM compliance should not be printed on the RXSOL label/TDS solely on the basis of glycol concentration.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area in tightly closed original containers.
Avoid contamination with oils, fuels, acids, incompatible coolants or other chemicals.
Ethylene glycol is harmful if swallowed. Avoid ingestion and unnecessary skin or eye contact. Keep away from children and animals.
